We truly appreciate your support of our small business. As a small team producing thoughtfully curated collections in limited quantities, we kindly ask that customers shop carefully and help us keep returns to a minimum whenever possible.

That said, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• All original tags must still be attached
• Items must be returned in their original condition — free of any makeup, deodorant, or similar stains

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or markdown items
• Items marked Final Sale

Return Process

To request a return, please follow the instructions provided via the "start a return" link found in your order delivery email within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label for sending the item(s) back. Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving a return label. Any return items not shipped within 7 days are subject to delivery rejection.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

At this time, we may offer exchanges based on product availability. Because many of our styles are produced in limited runs, we cannot guarantee exchange inventory. Please email us at retail@leliscollection.com to request an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at retail@leliscollection.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
